These are our two hour comprehensive workout each week to help you stay on top of your game during these critical winter months. Our
serious players who participate in these winter programs definitely improve their skills and stand out at their spring team workouts.
This is a four consecutive day program during the winter vacation period providing three
Winter Break February 19, 20, 21, and 22
hours of instruction daily. Try to devote yourself to this timely week of instruction just prior

The Clark Center is Nassau County's largest indoor facility (over 25,000 square feet of open space).
