Hitting: Learn the basic fundamental steps and keys to instruct your players in how to develop into better hitters. This will also include practice
planning for both indoor and outdoor sessions.
Pitching: Understand the phases of delivery and the fundamentals of the throwing motion. Every coach should understand these basic concepts
to reduce the chance of injury to their players.
Defensive Fundamentals: Understand the basic fundamentals in fielding and defensive play for the following positions: catching, pitching,
and infield. Develop a drill series for your practice and pre-game sessions.
Coaching Philosophy: How to effectively manage your team during competition and practice sessions. This will include practice planning
for both indoor and outdoor sessions.
Conditioning Program: Learn how to incorporate these simple drills to increase each players agility, reactions, strength and overall speed and
how to incorporate this into your practice sessions using a baseball format.
Throwing: How to incorporate a daily throwing program, to develop proper mechanics and increase each players arm strength,
into your players routine practice.

third traffic light. New York Tech's entrance is on the right. From Eastern Long Island - take LIE to Exit 41N (Route 107 North) to Northern Blvd.
(Route 25A). Turn left and continue to fourth traffic light. New York Tech's entrance is on the left.
